Added a statement that the bill is prefiling pursuant to Article III, Section 2(A)(4)(b)(i) of the Louisiana Constitution.

Reduced the annual salary for four commission members from $6,300 to $4,300.

Adjusted license fees for wrestling promoters (increased from $250 to $500), boxing promoters (increased from $500 to $250), and matchmakers (increased from $250 to $150).

Adjusted license fees for referees, managers, announcers, and seconds (increased from $25 to $35).

Adjusted license fees for professional boxing contestants in main bouts and professional wrestling contestants (increased from $25 to $35).

Adjusted license fees for other licenses (increased from $25 to $35).

Commission member appointments now require selection from specific Public Service Commission districts and the state at large, replacing the previous general appointment language.

The commission now has designated roles for chairman, secretary, and vice chairman, with the secretary required to post a bond.

License fees were restructured: promoter and contestant fees were reduced, while new fees were established for referees, managers, announcers, and seconds.

Commission member salaries were adjusted, and a new per diem allowance was created for members attending official meetings.
