AN ACT relating to the psychiatric collaborative care model.

Amend KRS 304.17A-660 to define "psychiatric collaborative care model"; create a new section of KRS 304.17A-660 to 304.17A-669 to require all insurers that issue, deliver, or renew any health benefit plan that provides coverage for treatment of a mental health condition to provide reimbursement for such benefits that are delivered through the psychiatric collaborative care model; apply requirement to health benefit plans issued, delivered, or renewed on or after January 1, 2026.
