Amend KRS 258.005 to define "certified animal euthanasia specialist"; amend KRS 258.015 to include certified animal euthanasia specialists as persons qualified to administer rabies vaccinations to dogs, cats, and ferrets; amend KRS 258.043 to include certified animal euthanasia specialists as persons qualified to administer rabies vaccinations to dogs, cats, and ferrets.
