AN ACT relating to labor organizations and declaring an emergency. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 336 to set forth requirements for labor organizations collecting moneys for dues and for political activities; for enrollment for members; and for maintaining financial records; amend KRS 336.990 to set forth a civil penalty for a violator; amend KRS 336.180, 337.060, 67A.6909, 67C.416, and 345.110 to conform; EMERGENCY.
