AN ACT relating to nonprofit health service corporations. Amend KRS 304.32-130 to remove the requirement that dues may not result in excess reserves; and to establish alternative criteria for the determination of member or subscriber dues for nonprofit hospital, medical-surgical, dental, or other health service plan.
