AN ACT relating to special license plates. Amend KRS 186.162 to establish a Gold Star Sons and Gold Star Daughters special license plate; set fees; amend KRS 186.164 to require presentation of eligibility for a Gold Star Sons or Daughters license plate; amend KRS 186.166 to update the list of plates to be perpetually produced; EFFECTIVE 1/1/18.
