AN ACT relating to the veteran designation on license plates. Amend KRS 186.041 to add members of the National Guard or a Reserve component, who have retired or completed a minimum of 20 years of service, to those eligible for the veteran license plates and reflect the change in the federal active-duty service requirement from 24 months to 180 days.
