AN ACT relating to employment at veterans' nursing homes. Amend KRS 40.325 to permit the executive director of the Office of Kentucky Veterans' Centers to contract to hire licensed nursing staff at the state veterans' nursing homes, and exempt those contracts from certain provisions in KRS Chapter 45A; amend KRS 45A.690 to exempt these nursing contracts from the definition of "personal service contracts."
