AN ACT relating to the reorganization of the Workers' Compensation Nominating Commission. Amend KRS 342.213 to abolish the Workers' Compensation Nominating Commission; create the Workers' Compensation Nominating Committee; set the number and experience of members; describe the duties and responsibilities of the committee; amend KRS 12.020, 336.020, and 342.228 to conform; confirm Executive Order 2016-319.
