AN ACT relating to concealed carry deadly weapons licensing. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 237 to allow persons who hold a valid Kentucky concealed carry deadly weapons license and who are over the age of 65, or who have held a license for more than 25 years, to maintain a license without renewing every five years.
