A bill for an act requiring annual reports on antisemitism in community colleges, regents institutions, and public school districts.

This bill requires Iowa's community colleges, state universities (under the Board of Regents), and public school districts to annually report on antisemitism incidents. Each institution must submit by September 1 a report detailing every complaint or incident from the prior academic year, including investigation findings and outcomes. The reports are then compiled by the state board of education and submitted to the legislature and governor by October 1 each year. Additionally, the Board of Regents must annually review campus policies related to antisemitic actions and speech as part of their report.
