This includes mandating electronic filing for tax payments from cigarette machines, orders for tax stamps, and applications for state permits by distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and manufacturers. Out-of-state retailers selling alternative nicotine or vapor products must also file applications electronically. Additionally, cities and counties approving retail permits for these products will be required to use an electronic portal.
