Allows for the use of the following in charity gaming: (1) Electronic pull tab games, electronic pull tab devices, and electronic pull tab systems. (2) An electronic raffle software system, web application, method, or process. Specifies requirements and restrictions concerning electronic pull tab systems, electronic pull tab devices, and electronic pull tab games. Provides that a qualified organization may use the net proceeds from an allowable activity for any lawful purpose.
