Extends by five years provisions enacted in HEA 1001-2025 requiring termination of the compact related to the establishment of the Chicago-Gary Regional Airport Authority. Resolves a conflict between SEA 425-2025 and HEA 1005-2025. Makes conforming amendments consistent with changes made to statutes concerning advisory plan commissions in SEA 425-2025.
