REVENUE ESTIMATES-EXCESS
Summary
Resolves that if the actual amount of funds from State sources that become available during State fiscal year 2012 exceed the House's estimates set forth in House Resolution 110, then that excess shall first be used to reduce the backlog of unpaid State obligations to the extent authorized by law.
