MUNI CD-REGULATE SOUND DEVICES
Summary
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the corporate authorities of a municipality may, by ordinance, regulate sound devices. Defines sound devices to mean any radio, tape recorder, cassette player, or any other device for receiving broadcast sound or reproducing recorded sound.
