Summary
Appropriates $45,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to fund a $0.50-per-hour wage increase for non-executive staff of private-sector agencies serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Effective July 1, 2010.
