Provides that the fee for filing articles of organization (domestic), an application for admission (foreign), and restated articles of organization (domestic) is $150 (instead of $500). Provides that the fee for filing articles of organization (domestic), an application for admission (foreign), and restated articles of organization (domestic) in connection with a limited liability company with a series is $150 (instead of $750).
