Summary
Amends the Industrial Jobs Recovery Law in the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that, in the City of Rockford, an area shall not be designated as a redevelopment planning area for more than 10 years (instead of 5 years). Makes corresponding changes. Effective immediately.
