WILDLIFE-OWNER PERMIT-ROUNDING
Summary
Amends the Wildlife Code. Requires the Department of Natural Resources, when determining which entities are eligible to be issued a free Wild Turkey Hunting Permit, to determine the total acreage of the applicable tract or tracts of land and round remaining fractional portions of an acre greater than or equal to half of an acre up to the next whole acre.
