NOT GUILTY INSANITY-NOTICE
Summary
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections relating to persons found not guilty by reason of insanity. Provides that the court may order the Department of Human Services to provide care to a person conditionally released. Provides for additional 5-year periods of conditional release after a hearing. Makes other changes.
