PUB HEALTH-PROSTATE CANCER
Summary
Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires that, beginning July 1, 2004, the Department's prostate cancer awareness program must include development and dissemination of public service announcements promoting prostate cancer screening for men over age 40.
