CNTY CD/MUNI CD-ADVSRY REFRNDA
Summary
Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that upon the adoption of a resolution, a county or municipality may authorize an advisory question of public policy to be placed on the ballot at a regularly scheduled election. Effective immediately.
