MINOR
The primary change between the Engrossed and Enrolled versions of SB 2879 is a formatting update that replaces the 'Engrossed' label with the 'Enrolled' label in the document headers and page breaks. This indicates the bill has been finalized and approved for enactment into law. There are no substantive policy changes, such as new requirements, funding adjustments, or eligibility criteria, visible in this specific text segment.
TECHNICAL
Updated document status labels from 'Engrossed' to 'Enrolled' to reflect the bill's final approval for signing into law.
