MINOR
The primary change between the Engrossed and Enrolled versions of HB 4788 is the update of the bill's version status from "Engrossed" to "Enrolled" in the header and page footers. This indicates the bill has passed both houses and is ready for the Governor's signature, but no substantive policy, funding, or legal text was altered.
TECHNICAL
Updated the document version label from "Engrossed" to "Enrolled" in the header and page footers to reflect the bill's final legislative status.
