MINOR
The bill text was updated from the 'Engrossed' version to the 'Enrolled' version, which is the final version sent to the Governor for signature. The substantive policy content regarding vehicle weight limits, axle definitions, and local authority regulations remains unchanged. The only differences are the document title and page number formatting, indicating the bill has completed the legislative process.
TECHNICAL
The document header was changed from 'HB2394 Engrossed' to 'HB2394 Enrolled' to reflect the final status of the bill.
Page number headers were updated to match the new 'Enrolled' status, though the page numbers themselves (e.g., - 2 -) remained the same.
