FOOD HANDLING-PROVIDERS
Summary
Amends the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act. Provides that a provider of food handling training may not, for the purpose of lobbying, use fees paid by employees who take the provider’s food handling training. Provides that the Department of Public Health, or the Department's designee, shall have the ability to subpoena books and records to enforce the amendatory Act. Provides that the Department shall file a civil penalty, as set by rule, for a provider of food handling training that violates the amendatory Act.
