STATE ASSETS – Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding who may own certain property, to provide for prohibition on lease or purchase of certain land or dwellings, and to provide for prohibition on access to state assets.

IDAHO MEDICAL FREEDOM ACT – Amends existing law to establish the Idaho Medical Freedom Act.

ADMINISTRATIVE RULES – States findings of the Legislature and approves all temporary and pending rules submitted to the Legislature for review during the 2025 legislative session, with exceptions.

APPROPRIATIONS – DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY – Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Environmental Quality for fiscal years 2025 and 2026.

APPROPRIATIONS – DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME – Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Fish and Game for fiscal years 2025 and 2026.

PUBLIC DEFENSE – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the Office of the State Public Defender and indigent public defense in this state.

PUBLIC RECORDS – Amends existing law to provide additional time to respond to requests for public records from nonresidents and to allow a different fee schedule to fulfill nonresident requests.

APPROPRIATIONS – PUBLIC SCHOOLS – DIVISION OF CENTRAL SERVICES – Relates to the appropriation to the Public Schools Educational Support Program’s Division of Central Services for fiscal year 2026. Against party
