APPROPRIATIONS – HEALTH AND WELFARE – WELFARE DIVISION – Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Health and Welfare for fiscal years 2024 and 2025. Against party

HEALTH – Adds to existing law to establish the End Organ Harvesting Act and to prohibit certain genetic technologies.

STATE GOVERNMENT – Adds to existing law to prohibit state agencies from donating to or sponsoring a nongovernmental event or organization and to provide exceptions.

MINORS – Amends and adds to existing law to prohibit certain materials from being promoted, given, or made available to a minor by a school or public library, to provide for a cause of action, to provide for damages, and to provide for injunctive relief.
