The bill repeals outdated sections about exemptions and the Immunization Policy Commission, and nullifies two administrative rules (IDAPA 16.02.11 and 16.02.15). Schools must now submit annual immunization reports by November 1, and daycare facilities must verify immunizations within 14 days of enrollment. The changes take effect July 1, 2025.
