RELATING TO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE.

Requires the Hawaii State Energy Office, in consultation with the Department of Accounting and General Services and Department of Transportation, to conduct a survey and identify certain high-priority state facilities.
