MINOR
This bill version adds a House of Delegates (HD1) revision that changes the effective date of the law from immediate approval to July 1, 3000. It also includes minor formatting updates to the header and title, while keeping the core safety requirements regarding moped age limits and helmet laws intact.
TIMELINE
The effective date of the Act was changed from 'upon approval' to 'July 1, 3000', likely a placeholder or clerical error in the draft.
TECHNICAL
Added the designation 'H.D. 1' to the bill title and updated author metadata from the original sponsor to the House of Delegates clerk.
Minor formatting changes were made to the title section, converting lowercase text to uppercase and removing a blank line.
