The bill was updated to reflect House District Committee 1 (HD1) amendments, primarily expanding the right to grieve suspensions or discharges to include both bargaining unit members and their excluded counterparts. The effective date was significantly altered from immediate approval to a distant future date of July 1, 3000, likely serving as a placeholder or error in the markup. Several administrative metadata fields, such as bill numbers and timestamps, were also updated to reflect the new version.
