This bill amends Hawaii's claims process by clarifying reporting requirements for the Attorney General regarding claims against the state. Scope change
The bill's scope remains focused on claims against the state, but the reporting requirements have been modified to include more specific financial and procedural details.
REQUIREMENT
Changed the Attorney General's reporting requirement to include a total dollar value of possible judgments against the State that have not yet settled, replacing the previous requirement to list possible claims.
