MINOR
The bill was reformatted from a standard Senate bill to a Senate Draft 1 version with updated metadata and formatting. The substantive policy content remains largely the same, requiring the Department of Health to amend administrative rules to limit individual wastewater systems to five dwelling units or dwellings, with an additional provision that the total number of bedrooms connected to one system cannot exceed five. The language was slightly refined from 'dwelling units' to include 'dwellings' and 'bedrooms' for clarity.
Scope change
No substantive change to the bill's scope or applicability; only formatting and metadata updates were applied.
TECHNICAL

Updated bill metadata including version number (SD1), dates, and formatting structure from original Senate bill format.

Reformatted bill header, section numbering, and removed draft-specific markup symbols.

REQUIREMENT

Clarified the limitation on wastewater systems to specify both 'dwellings and dwelling units' and added explicit bedroom count limitation of five bedrooms total.
