MINOR
The bill was reformatted from a handwritten-style document to a standard digital legislative template, with minor text cleanup and a change to the effective date from 'upon approval' to 'July 1, 3000' (likely a placeholder). The substantive policy content regarding the Veterans Cemeteries Board remains unchanged.
TECHNICAL
Changed the effective date from 'upon approval' to 'July 1, 3000', which appears to be a placeholder date rather than a substantive policy change.
Reformatted the document from a handwritten-style layout to a standard digital legislative template with updated header information.
Minor text cleanup and formatting improvements throughout the bill text, including removal of handwritten annotations and standardization of punctuation.
