RELATING TO PROCUREMENT PREFERENCES AND RECIPROCITY.
Summary
Establishes a new accounting services procurement preference for certain Hawaiʻi accounting service businesses and adds it to the list of selection criteria for the procurement of professional services. Clarifies that the existing reciprocity procurement preference includes offerors under sections 103D-302 and 103D303, HRS. Repeals 6/30/2028. (CD1)
