RELATING TO NOISE.

Summary

Increases penalty fines for violations of leaf blower restrictions. Removes the exemption for government entities and their agents from leaf blower restrictions. Beginning July 1, 2027, prohibits the sale of any leaf blower or string trimmer that is rated by its manufacturer at greater than 65 weighted decibels (dBA) when measured at a distance of 50 feet. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
