RELATING TO TELEHEALTH.

Summary

Clarifies reimbursement for services provided through telehealth via an interactive telecommunications system. Defines "interactive telecommunications system". Clarifies that, for services furnished for purposes of diagnosis, evaluation, or treatment of a mental health disorder to a patient in their home, interactive telecommunications may include audio-only communication in certain circumstances. Repeals 07/01/2027. Effective 01/01/2050. (SD2)
