RELATING TO THE ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEM.

Summary
Allows advanced practice registered nurses, pharmacists serving customers, authorized employees of the department of human services med-QUEST division, and licensed health care providers or delegates of the providers employed by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs to access information stored in the electronic prescription accountability system. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
