Authorizes the expenditure of general funds for a one-time lump sum cash bonus severance benefit to affected Maui region hospital employees. Repeals chapter 89E, HRS, and Act 1, Second Special Session, Session Laws of Hawaii 2016, retroactively to 7/20/2016. (CD1)
