Summary
Requires the Department of Transportation to establish a Community Crosswalks Pilot Program to design and implement specially painted crosswalk in neighborhoods. Appropriates funds for the pilot program. Creates a Community Crosswalks Pilot Program Special Fund. (HB1507 HD1)
