"Charter Schools Act of 1998"; completion charter schools; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 31 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the "Charter Schools Act of 1998," so as to provide for completion charter schools; to provide for rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; to provide for the conversion of existing charter schools to completion charter schools; to provide for measurable objective performance standards; to provide for separate principles and standards for completion charter schools; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

L. 2003, p. 4154), as amended, so as to remove residency limitations on qualifications for employment of the executive assistant to the board, chief financial officer, and internal auditor; to revise provisions related to the selection, removal, and supervision of the executive assistant to the board and the internal auditor; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

"Georgia Property Owners' Bill of Rights Act"; enact
