A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 18 of Title 45, Chapter 4 of Title 49, and Chapter 1 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the employees' insurance and benefits plans, public assistance, and general provisions relative to state government, respectively, so as to prohibit coverage of expenses for gender-affirming care under the state health benefit plan or with any state funds; to provide for definitions; to provide for limited exceptions; to prohibit state healthcare facilities and healthcare providers employed by the state from providing gender-affirming care; to provide for related matters; to provide for legislative findings; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION urging the Georgia Public Service Commission (PSC) to create a study committee for the purpose of making recommendations to the Senate with regard to how the State of Georgia can use advanced nuclear reactors to increase power generation and economic development in this state; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 5 of Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Brady Law regulations, so as to revise standards for bringing an action against the government for an unauthorized act relating to regulation of weapons; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION applying to the United States Congress to call a convention under Article V of the Constitution of the United States limited to proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to set a limit on the number of terms that a person may be elected as a member of the United States House of Representatives and to set a limit on the number of terms that a person may be elected as a member of the United States Senate; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 80 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions applicable to counties, municipal corporations, and other governmental entities, so as to waive sovereign and governmental immunities for local governments and their officials and employees for a violation of the prohibition on immigration sanctuary policies; to amend Article 1 of Chapter 4 of Title 42 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding jails, so as to require sheriffs, jailers, and deputies to honor immigration detainer requests issued by the Department of Homeland Security; to provide a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to income taxes, so as to increase the amount of a tax credit based on the federal tax credit for certain child and dependent care expenses to 40 percent of such federal tax credit; to provide for a child income tax credit; to provide for definitions; to provide for limitations and proration; to provide for rules and regulations; to revise a tax credit for employers providing child care; to decrease the number of children who use the facility that are required to be children of employees to qualify for such credit; to increase the amount of the credit; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 1 of Chapter 18 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the state employees' health insurance plan, so as to prohibit the Board of Community Health from entering into, executing, or renewing a contract or contracts with any pharmacy benefits manager that owns or has an ownership interest in any retail pharmacy or any legal entity that contracts with or uses such pharmacy benefits manager; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
