A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 9 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to specific periods of limitation, so as to change provisions relating to the revival of certain claims involving childhood sexual abuse; to provide for civil actions by the Attorney General under certain circumstances; to provide for a civil penalty; to provide for a report; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to professions and businesses, so as to provide that certain professional licensing boards are authorized but not required to suspend the license of a person upon notice of nonpayment or default on a federal educational loan or service conditional scholarship; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 40 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to tattoo studios, so as to provide that microblading of the eyebrow is included as tattooing; to provide that microblading of the eyebrow is not considered illegal tattooing near the eye; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
