Motor vehicles; sale of food or beverages; provide vehicle equipment standards

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 1 of Chapter 8 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to equipment of motor vehicles, so as to provide for vehicle equipment standards for motor vehicles used for the sale of food or beverages that primarily conduct such sales upon roadways; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
