Maddy summaryThis bill is a ceremonial resolution dedicating a roundabout at the intersection of State Route 76 and State Route 37 in Cook County, Georgia, as the "Representative Penny Houston Roundabout." It does not create new policy or affect any residents' rights or obligations; it solely honors former Georgia State Representative Penny Houston. The resolution directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to install and maintain signs identifying the roundabout with her name. This is purely a commemorative gesture recognizing her service in the Georgia House of Representatives.
