A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 12-6-17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the regulation of controlled burning where drought or other conditions exist, so as to provide for a short title; to provide for legislative findings; to provide that any such regulation shall be based on empirical evidence and not upon a season or calendar period; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
