Independent redistricting commission; provide for creation and establishment - CA

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to provide for the creation and establishment of an independent redistricting commission; to provide for certain duties of the Supreme Court of Georgia with regard to redistricting; to provide for severability; to provide for certain notices with regard to amendments to certain provisions of the Constitution; to provide that the number of members of each house of the Georgia General Assembly shall be fixed by general law under certain conditions; to provide for related matters; to provide for submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.
