Colbert, Jason; recognize
This Senate resolution honors Jason Colbert, a nursing student from Southeastern Technical College, for winning Georgia's 2025 GOAL award - the state's top recognition for technical college students. It commends his academic achievement and role as an ambassador for Georgia's technical education system, which serves over 149,000 students across 22 colleges. The resolution has no policy provisions; it is purely a symbolic gesture of commendation with no direct impact on legislation or regulations.
